Good Morning Year 3,
We have reached the final week of Year 3! I am so proud of how far you have all come during our time together in Year 3; you have been a pleasure to teach! You have worked exceptionally hard at home too and it has been lovely receiving your fantastic pictures.
To make our last week in Year 3 a little more fun, our timetable looks very different this week! I would like to celebrate each and every one of you. I have decided we are going to have a wellbeing week! I want you all to celebrate your individuality! You are all brilliant and it is important that you recognise this. I have also included some maths activities and reading comprehension activities that you might like to complete and you are more than welcome to use Mathletics too.
Have a lovely summer, stay safe and enjoy yourselves.
I look forward to seeing you around in school in September.

Hi Year 3,
I hope you have all had a lovely half term, the beautiful weather has definitely been a bonus! I hope you all got to make the most of it and have enjoyed some lovely time with your families making lots of memories.
Today is the beginning of Summer Term 2, the final term of Year 3! Although, it will be a very different term to what we are used to, it is important to carry on learning as much as possible and to complete the activities (I’m sure you will, I have been very impressed so far).
Please remember to send me photographs of the work highlighted in blue on your timetable via email or Dojo. You can also send me photographs of additional activities you complete.
I will be back in touch with you all this week via email and telephone where we will have a chat and you can ask me any questions you have about your work.
Have a lovely week, work hard and stay safe. I hope to see you all soon.

Hello Year 3,
This Friday brings us to the end of another half term. It has been a very different one to say the least, but I am very proud of you all. I have seen some fantastic work over the last few weeks and I am impressed with all the hard work you have put in at home.
You will find you lesson timetable and resources below. If you have any questions or need any help, please contact me and I will provide you with support. I am looking forward to speaking to you all again this week to see how you are.

Hi Year 3, I hope you've had a lovely weekend!
It was great to see pictures of your lovely VE Day decorations last week. It was lovely to see lots of you celebrating at home and showing your respect in mark the 75th anniversary of the end of WW2 in Europe.
This weeks timetable and lesson resources can be found below. Once again, I am sure you will make me very proud with all your hard work.
This week I have also added a competition from Mr Wise to our timetable that I think you will enjoy taking part in. To find out all the information, have a look at the second page of the timetable document.
All the best, stay safe.

Hello Year 3,
It has been lovely to see lots of fantastic work you have been sending me on Dojo! You are working very hard and I am extremely proud of you all! Thank you for sharing your work with me.
It was lovely to speak to you this week and it was great to hear how you have been keeping busy at home.
Below is your timetable for this week, I have highlighted the activities I would like to see on Dojo in blue. Remember, you can also share other learning activities you have done with me too!
You will notice some of the activities this week are linked to the Second World War and VE Day, this is because on Friday 8th May we will celebrate 75 years since the Second World War ended. Have lots of fun with the activities.
Have a great week and keep in touch,
Miss Heron
Hi Year 3, I hope you are all getting on ok at home.
Firstly, I would like to thank all those who have been in contact with me by email this week. I am very proud of all of the hard work you have been doing and I have loved receiving photos of some of the work I have set you. Keep up the good work, you are doing fantastic!
Below I have uploaded another timetable and lesson resources for the week ahead. I have highlighted the ones in blue that I would like you to upload onto Class Dojo for me. Parents, if you haven’t yet accepted your invitation to Class Dojo please do so as it is a great communication tool.
It is really important that you try your very best to complete as many of the activities I have set you as you can so that you continue to make wonderful progress.
I have assigned some books to you on Epic and I would like you to read and quiz on these if the quiz is available on Accelerated Reader.
Grownups if there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact me via email at p.heron@stmarys-harrington.cumbria.sch.uk.
Stay safe everyone, all the best,
Miss Heron
