We are so proud of Community Club! They raised a huge £75.91 to put towards buying arts and crafts materials to take to a local care home. They are so excited to get crafty with the residents, I'm sure there will be huge smiles all around!

SUN EVENTUALLY SHINES ON ST JOSEPH'S MULTI SKILLS FESTIVAL!
After one cancellation and some early morning rain the annual Multi Skills Festival finally took place as over 200 children descended on St Joseph's Catholic High School on Tuesday the 11th of July. Class 1 children enjoyed taking part.
The event is designed to let the children have a go at various activities that give them a chance to use skills such as throwing, catching, running and jumping, which are all essential elements of any Sport.
Organiser and Sports Development Officer for St Joseph's David Wise was both relieved and proud of the efforts of the children; "After cancelling the original date due to a poor forecast I was determined to get this finally done and it was touch and go but the sun finally shone on us and we had a great morning". "As usual we had great helpers from St Joseph's Year 9 as well as local Coaches". Well done everyone!
