Quidditch
We had a fantastic time playing Quidditch- it was fast and furious! We developed our teamwork skills and had fun winning points for our houses: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin.
Today, Year 6 had a fantastic day working with local author Helen Haraldsen. They created their very own story ‘Curiosity Killed the Cat’ which was about a black cat called Moggs who explored his nine lives in rather extraordinary ways. They then spent the afternoon working on the marketing for the book where they had to write a blurb to appeal to their audience as well as thinking about a poster to advertise the book.
