We are delighted to announce that we will be pioneers of the new Cumbrian Award. The Cumbrian Award has been introduced for Year 5 and 6 Primary School pupils and Year 7, 8 and 9 Secondary School pupils in Cumbria encompassing three strands "Adventure, Enterprise and Culture".
Ultimately, the Cumbrian Award aims to enrich the experiences and lives of the pupils who participate. It aims to enhance the skill set and give pupils the opportunity to apply such skills in a range of environments- whether that be navigating a Lakeland fell, negotiating a boardroom meeting or performing on a theatre stage … and beyond.
