Christmas Jumper Day.
Community club had a fantastic visit to Eastcroft Grange care home this week. They enjoyed taking part in craft activities and singing with the residents. There were smiles all around and it was so lovely to see the joy that the visit brought to the residents. I received a lovely email from the care home staff saying 'Please tell the children that they are now friends of Eastcroft, I cannot tell you how this has impacted positively on the residents'. Well done Community club, we are very proud of you all for being so kind, caring and considerate.

Year 5 had a special visit from Christine who runs their class charity 'Baby Basics West Cumbria'. Christine told the children all about the amazing work that the charity does for families across West Cumbria. We can't wait to work with Christine in the near future to help support this amazing charity, watch this space!
