What a truly special afternoon our Reception children have had today!

As part of our learning about the human life cycle, we were incredibly lucky to meet a precious newborn baby — the baby brother of one of our amazing little boys. The children were fascinated to see just how tiny a newborn is, and they loved learning about how humans grow and change from babies into children and beyond.

What a beautiful experience for us all and a memory we will cherish forever. A huge thank you to the family for sharing such a treasured moment with us!

Life Cycles - Plants

Last week, Reception had a wonderful time learning all about the life cycle of plants.

The children explored a variety of plants and flowers, discovering how they grow from tiny seeds into beautiful blooms. They loved observing the different colours, shapes, and textures, and enjoyed hands-on learning to deepen their understanding of the world around them.
