Year 3 Explore Stock Wood Outdoor Centre

Year 3 had a fantastic time at Stock Wood Outdoor Centre, enjoying a day packed with exciting learning and outdoor adventures!

As part of their Geography learning, the children took part in a range of activities designed to develop their map-reading skills. They had the opportunity to learn how to use four-figure grid references and put their new skills into practice as they explored the area.

The children also enjoyed exploring the forest, discovering more about the natural world and learning about the plants, trees and wildlife around them.

It was a wonderful day filled with teamwork, exploration and hands-on learning, and the children thoroughly enjoyed their experience!
