The Year 2 children had a wonderful time on Monday at Harrington Nature Reserve. Raegan from Workington Nature Partnership completed work around the children's science topic 'Living Things and their Habitats.' The children looked at a range of habitats and found out how animals have adapted to survive in them. We heard the bird song of a black cap, saw a kingfisher flying over head and even found a newt!
