Year 2 had a fantastic time on their residential visit to Hawse End. Throughout the trip, the children embraced every opportunity to challenge themselves and showed great enthusiasm in all that they did. They developed important skills such as teamwork, cooperation, and resilience, supporting one another and building confidence along the way.

We were incredibly proud of how they approached a range of exciting activities, including ghyll scrambling and canoeing. The children also enjoyed spotting local landmarks, even catching a glimpse of ‘Owl Island’ from Beatrix Potter and the barn featured in Bridget Jones!

Well done, Year 2—you represented the school brilliantly and made it a truly memorable experience.
